Fortunately I bought the Red DX from adams-outlet.com and they gave me a full refund because they were also disappointed with the quality of this product when they received it from their supplier.I recommend adams-outlet - but not the Red DX Exerciser.This one is supposed to be the higher quality model.Upon first use, about 4 ball bearings came loose on the inside of the seat and the stapled-on seat cover snagged on something on the underside and ripped.The handles were corroded with mildew or something.Basically a worthless piece of junk.
