The Ab Trainer Rocker Review

I thought this seemed like a good design in my head but in real life it's clumsy, awkward and pretty useless.I was trying to decide between this and the Ab RockET.I ended up purchasing the Ab Rocket at Brookstone during Christmas.I really like it.I wish I hadn't wasted my money on the Ab Trainer RockER.
