Valslide Review

I normally don't write reviews for products unless I'm disappointed with a purchase plus there's so much fitness junk out there today why waste your hard earned money. But when I saw the Valside on Amazon I had to write a comment. The Valside is a great fitness product to have in your toolbox.I'm a Personal Trainer who loves the Valslide. I first discovered the Valslide for myself, I was coming off knee surgery and re-hab and I was trying to get back in shape for hockey. I had previously used a slide board for training, but they took up too much space and didn't travel well.I next tried Furniture sliders, but they didn't slide that well and my foot was a little too big for it. I knew I wasn't ready for traditional exercises like front lunges and squats because my knee wasn't yet strong enough, so I purchased a pair of Valslides, boy was I impressed. Not only did I get my strength back quickly, I realized they weren't just for women. There's a ton of great exercises you can do with the Valside and you get a great full-body workout.That was several years ago, fast forward to today. Valsides are still a big part of my training. My clients use them constantly and most now have their own pair to work out at home. For the money you can't beat the Valside, you won't be disappointed.
