Body Flex Clark Bartram's 3D Abdominals Review

I was skeptical and it took a little while to get use to, but I am now very proficient on this piece of equipment. After being a gym-alholic for over fifteen years, I bought a recumbant bike, which I use 5 to 6 times a week. I also employ light weights in my workout, but that's more sporadic. I found that, opposite of my intention, I was neglecting my abs. This machine has turned that around for me, I keep it out, even though it can be stored quite easily, and find, when I have five to ten minutes, I can jump on it and get my stomach work done nearly every day. I love it.I can see why some will find the first attempt a bit unwieldy. It's different than most other home machines or even the machines at the gym, but it is working for me. My abdominals are shaping up.
