TKO AB Trainer Review

As with most assembly-required products, the instructions were poor.But since this is a pretty simple equipment, you can fill in the gaps in instruction by using your common sense.It still took about 45 minutes to put together.The equipment itself is not fancy in looks or feel (normally you get what you pay for and this is a relatively inexpensive piece of equipment), but it serves its purpose in working your abs pretty well while alleviating stress to your neck as you do your crunches.I'm happy with it.
