I have used both a Gymbody and now the System Abs. There is no question these products do not remove fat from your body. If you've got a set of love handles or a full blown spare tire, this product does not get rid of it.What it does is help you tone your abs. From my own experience, I know it's true [as the surgeon who installed a PEG feeding tube into my stomach told my wife: "Your husband has the stomach muscles of a 20-year-old." I am 53]. Does it replace situps and crunches and exercise wheels? No. But it sure makes those things more effective. But here's my question: why is it cheaper to buy the replacement gel pads by the single-pack, as opposed to the three-pack?
