These groin protectors seem to run a little small, and I had to send it back for a larger size.The exchange itself took a little time and I had to pay for return shipping, which didn't make me too happy, but as far as the product itself, it works well.I had a couple of low blows last weekend, and I was glad I had a high quality groin protector on.
